DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY

50% deposit is required for ALL orders.

A minimum of one week’s advanced notice must be provided to reschedule an order without penalty. Deposits made for the original order date are non-transferable to an order rescheduled within 1 week of pickup/delivery.

Tiered Cakes, Favors, Fondant Work and Custom Designs:

  • There will be a 50% deposit required at the time the order is placed. The 50% deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of pickup/delivery. NO CASH REFUNDS – refund to credit card used, store credit or a check can be issued.
  • Final payment must be received at least 10 days prior to pickup/delivery.
  • No refund can be issued for any cancellation within 10 days of pickup/delivery.

Sheet Cakes*:

  • There will be a 50% deposit required at the time the order is placed. The 50% deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of pickup/delivery. NO CASH REFUNDS – refund to credit card used, store credit or a check can be issued.
  • Final payment must be received at least 3 days prior to pickup/delivery.
  • No refund can be issued for any cancellation within 3 days of pickup/delivery.

In-Store and Shipped Items:

  • No refunds can be issued for any in-store purchases.
  • For shipped orders, Chocolate Carousel is not responsible for damage that occurs in transport due to the fragile nature of our products.
