Chocolate Carousel is a gourmet dessert shoppe located in Wall, NJ. Chocolate Carousel is owned by Lisa Porada, Executive Pastry Chef, and operated along with her husband John Porada, General Manager. The team is led by Lead Pastry Chef, Jennifer Cardella and Director of Operations, Rylee McBride who have each been with the company for more than 15 years. Chocolate Carousel proudly employs an incredible team of talented pastry chefs, cake designers, artists, sculptors and support staff in order to serve you to the very best of their ability. The staff works hard to maintain a team spirit and supportive work environment which nurtures growth and longevity within the company.
Our unique environment is a destination not to be missed. The Bakery is sure to please your sweet tooth either for dessert tonight or to special order and design your custom cake to celebrate all of life’s special moments. The Bakery, combined with our adjacent Favor Studio, allows us to create custom favors for all occasions in our open kitchen which delights visitors who can see our cookies and chocolate being made right before their eyes.
Fun is had by all at our monthly Events which include kids walk through workshops, hands on adult classes and our fan favorite Cake Slice Saturday. Cake Slice Saturday is a celebration on the third Saturday of every month where folks relax and enjoy slices of cake with friends and family in this welcoming open house environment between 11 am and 2 pm. Our cake flight, featuring all 5 flavors of cake, is a must have for this event. Coffee and tea are served and you are welcome to BYO!
